Hsu Chiang

When I joined Daai TV Indonesia, my Media Operation colleague in Taiwan is Monica. When I visited Taiwan, she quit. And I was given a new person to contact, Hsu Chiang.
The first time I met Hsu Chiang, she seems to be a bit scary. She talks so loud and act so fast, some of me feel like I am a bit irritating for her.

As I returned to Indonesia, our interaction improves and we become good friends. She used to help me in almost everything I need from Taiwan, from copying tapes, to opening archive account, to helping me find volunteer to make txt files for our drama. Such things are tiring as they involve a lot of small stuffs and also need assistance from many other departments, but she is always there to help me and I can't remember if she ever complain.

What I envy her is her passion to dogs. She loves dogs so much that she will always bring abandoned dogs home. She will always visit every floor in the Tzu Chi Humanitarian Center to check if someone is willing to adopt the dog she found on the street.

She even collect money from colleague to help sterilize a wild dog to protect the dog from giving birth so that there won't be any puppies left to be caught by government officer. She told me that once caught, they will be put to death through injection, and she strongly oppose that.

However, what touches me the most is her care to me. When I told her that I am resigning, she told me one thing, [Take good care of your heart]. She told me that she believes I will be good if I work in Daai because the philosophy will nurture a good heart for everyone in it. But once I am out, that might not happen anymore. She asked me to take care of my heart.
For me, it's a sign of love and care from a sister to her brother.
Thank you, all I can say is I promise I will do that.
Thank you, Hsu Chiang. Thank you for being a good sister.
